We offer a range of first & second charge bridging loans secured against real estate assets, residential, semi commercial & commercial types included. Each product is tailor-made to best fit our clients needs. We put a very strong focus on the speed of execution to allow our clients to seize their investment opportunities in a timely manner.

Our flexible bridging loan’s range between £250k & £15m. We are able to deliver an agreement in principle within 24 hours and credit backed terms in 48 hours. Our team is committed to making the lending journey as smooth as possible.

With a combined 75+ years of experience across property development, private banking, and credit, we are well placed to understand our clients’ bridging requirements.

Principal

Amar Khiroya

Principal

Having previously worked for a top London developer Amar is extremely familiar and knowledgeable in the real estate space, having spent several years learning the many disciplines of real estate development; planning, finance, construction, sales & acquisitions.

As a founding Director of the company, Amar is broadly responsible for formulating the company’s strategic growth plans and to oversee the growth of the Reim loan portfolio.

Outside of the office, Amar is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling.

Tarun Patel

Director of Credit & Risk Management

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tarun brings with him extensive experience in structuring debt and equity financing, along with overseeing the legal documentation and corporate due diligence. During his time with Fortis Bank and Santander, he has financed real estate projects totalling over £1.25bn.
Tarun is also a serving Magistrate, school governor, non-executive director for an oil & gas storage company and volunteers for an international charity. He is a keen golfer and follows Liverpool FC.

Michael Blessing

Business Development Manager

Michael has been in the property finance sector for over seven years. Prior to that, he worked in Business banking for both Barclays and HSBC.

As Business Development Manager, Michael, is responsible for our loan origination and developing relationships with brokers, direct clients and key business introducers.

Michael is a supporter of Luton Town FC and you can often find him at Kenilworth Road on match days!

Caelan Gokani

Business Development Executive

Fresh from his studies, Caelan holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London.

As a Graduate Analyst, Caelan will assist with our business development and case management, as well as offering additional support to our portfolio and post loan completion teams.

During his time at university, Caelan was the Curator for the TEDx Royal Holloway society and successfully managed a team of 25 students to host a TEDx event.

Anuj Sethi

Head of Loan Management & Operations

Anuj originally commenced his career in accountancy working on external audits for SME clients.
In 2008 he joined RBS, where he worked in various teams on the front line and in credit across different divisions.

He subsequently joined ICICI Bank UK as their Real Estate Credit Specialist in 2015. Since leaving ICICI Bank UK in 2019, he has been involved with start-ups and is now responsible for Loan Management for REIM Capital.

When he isn't managing the portfolio, Anuj’s main pastime is watching football in particular his favourite team of Manchester United.

Jigar Patel

Underwriter

Over 12 years of experience in real estate lending with a rich background of working with two of the top 5 Banks in the UK, Jigar brings a unique blend of industry expertise and a passion for financial solutions.

As an Underwriter, Jigar is responsible for analysing financial data, mitigating risks with diverse transactions, and liaising with clients and funding lines, while ensuring compliance with lending standards.

Jigar likes following new technologies trends, go for a run, and engage in high-stake sport of tennis in his spare time, weather permitting!

Sarah Barnard

Case Manager

With over 25 years of experience in banking, Sarah worked for RBS for 20 years, and in that time was part of the Corporate Real Estate team looking after national housebuilders, family trusts, investment firms and dealing with billion-pound deals.

Not only this, but Sarah also worked with smaller entities, family-run firms with 2–3-unit developments, media customers, healthcare, leisure, and charities, giving her a broad variety of experience to bring to REIM Capital.

Outside of the office, Sarah is a keen baker, reader, music lover and enjoys spending time with her family.

Benjamin Cottey-Hill

Portfolio and Funding Analyst

Ben is a graduate of Sussex University, where he attained his MSc in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on ground-breaking research in fluid dynamics for renewable wave energy.
Drawing from his professional experience at Clifford Chance law firm, Ben brings a wealth of expertise in data analysis to his new role at Reim. His role encompasses data analysis, portfolio management, and loan management whilst also streamlining processes through automation.

In his thesis, Ben innovated a new way to modelling fluid dynamics, showcasing his innovative mindset and analytical prowess.

Anish Khiroya

Property Consultant

Having graduated from the University of Warwick. Anish started his real estate career at one of the UK’s top commercial auction houses’. Anish then went on to work with a boutique London residential developer where he spent 7 years acquiring key skills in real estate planning and development.

Anish will help both with both underwriting and business development teams to ensure smooth delivery of loans.

Away from the office, Anish is a sports enthusiast so will find him either on the golf course or the cricket pitch in the summer months.
