Combining his private banking and property expertise, Kunal put himself in a great position to co-found Reim Capital – an innovative and relationship-focused non-bank lender with a keen focus on reliability, speed, and flexibility. His knowledge and passion for UK property and lending have allowed him to help grow Reim Capital’s lending portfolio since launch.
Having previously worked for a top London developer Amar is extremely familiar and knowledgeable in the real estate space, having spent several years learning the many disciplines of real estate development; planning, finance, construction, sales & acquisitions.
As a founding Director of the company, Amar is broadly responsible for formulating the company’s strategic growth plans and to oversee the growth of the Reim loan portfolio.
Outside of the office, Amar is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling.
Naeem is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in financial management across multiple industries and sectors. For the past two decades, he has specialised in short-term bridging finance, bringing a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to Reim Capital. As the company’s CFO, he is responsible for the implementation of robust systems and controls that not only drive business growth but also safeguard the interests of investors and stakeholders.
With a proven track record in the short-term bridging finance industry, Naeem has successfully shaped the financial strategies of several leading UK lenders, including Lendinvest, Glenhawk, Pivot, and Black & White Bridging Finance. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening their financial stability and driving sustainable growth.
