As an experienced private banker, Kunal was able to gain some unique experiences which included; raising capital from UHNW and institutional investors, investment advisory, leading sales strategies, and international client relationship management.

Combining his private banking and property expertise, Kunal put himself in a great position to co-found Reim Capital – an innovative and relationship-focused non-bank lender with a keen focus on reliability, speed, and flexibility. His knowledge and passion for UK property and lending have allowed him to help grow Reim Capital’s lending portfolio since launch.

Having previously worked for a top London developer Amar is extremely familiar and knowledgeable in the real estate space, having spent several years learning the many disciplines of real estate development; planning, finance, construction, sales & acquisitions.

As a founding Director of the company, Amar is broadly responsible for formulating the company’s strategic growth plans and to oversee the growth of the Reim loan portfolio.

Outside of the office, Amar is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling.

A highly motivated results driven individual, Simon has been working in the financial industry for over 30 years. He has owned and managed his own 2nd Charge and Bridging Broker as well as Heading up the Sales Division for a Leading Development Finance Company. Having started his career at First National Bank back in the 90’s he quickly learned that he was skilled in managing people and in forging lasting relationships with Intermediaries and Clients.

He managed 2 different branches of the Bank, one in the North of England and one in the South winning the award of the Best Sales Branch 3 years running. Having left the bank he formed a secured loan brokerage which grew to over 40 staff, which eventually evolved into a Bridging Brokerage which again won the Best Bridging Broker award at the coveted B & C awards and the same award at the Business Money Facts awards. After selling the company he continued helping his clients until he went back into the world of Lending to help a funder with their distribution.

Having left there, he spent a couple of years trying to get his handicap down before he met with Kunal & Amar and was enticed back to the industry to help the guys continue their increasing success and help them increase their distribution. Still hungry for success and extremely well motivated he has a vision that will make Reim Capital one of the Industries go to lenders.

Loves Football, Golf and the Gym and is a qualified Spinning instructor who teaches classes at various gym. Happily married to his beautiful wife who is a qualified nutritionist he will bore you senseless about the right foods to eat , Chemicals in foods ,the secret to longevity plus Ice Baths and Cold Water therapy, how life has changed!
