The borrower has a proven track record of purchasing properties in bulk from developers who have surplus units on their books. For this repeat client of REIM Capital, we were able to offer leverage at 74% loan to value against the aggregate value of 14 properties.
The REIM Residential bridge gave the client additional time to finalise sales of some of the units and then refinance the remaining properties onto buy to let mortgages.
